Dear Friend,
Hello, my name is Bonnie. I am 22 years old, and just became a certified Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. Of course this means I want to live a healthy life can teach others how to live healthy. To me people who live doing all the right thing is generally have a nice figure and glowing skin and hair. I definitely am not complaining, I have a nice figure and healthy here but my skin leaves nothing to be desired. I've had severe acne for the last five years and it has been very long and expensive for me. I am sure I've tried everything available for acne from doctors medicines (topical and internal) and every homeopathic way that I could find. nothing seemed to touch it, in fact it was gradually getting worse. I was running out of ideas and my skin was so bad at this point that my neck was swollen I could not even touch my face without crying from the pain.
