Sam is an internationally-renowned researcher, formulator, lecturer, consultant, and author in the field of optimal health and nutrition. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario in adolescent psychology and chemistry, Sam has additional degrees in special education and counseling. He has traveled extensively throughout the world interviewing researchers, reviewing studies, and collecting information about medicinal plants, vegetables, fruits, grains, sea vegetables, and organic farming. Sam is a thought provoking, enthusiastic speaker with a remarkable ability to translate scientific research into easy to understand practical guidelines for achieving greater states of well-being and longevity.

1971 - 1980 Specialized in working with teen behavioral problems and nutrition in high schools, in the Canadian Educational System.
1978 - 1980 Taught Special Education Programs to graduate students, College of Eductaion, Brock University, Canada.
1980 Pioneered developing and producing non-acidic Vitamin C as ascorbates, i.e., calcium ascorbate, potassium ascorbate, niacinamide ascorbate, etc.
1980 - 1983 Founder and President of Advanced Nutritional Research. Produced vitamin/mineral formulas for health professionals under the A.N.R. label and for health food stores under the "Nutri Logic" label.
1982 Pioneered developing and producing mineral supplements as lysinates, citrate-aspartates, picolinates. Built a mineral-producing laboratory in Utah, supplying the industry with these mineral complexes.
1982 Pioneered the first comprehensive vitamin and mineral supplement, as a powder, to be mixed with a liquid of choice that was also hypoallergenic, avoiding the use of binders, fillers, glaze agents, flow agents, excipients, etc.
