Since I started taking Greens Plus, I have lost about 16 pounds . I went from 174 pounds down to 158 pounds. This can be verified by my hospital records. Additionally, I have had a drop in my blood pressure of about 20 points and my blood sugar level is becoming more normal. Also I noticed that I do not need to take any laxatives, as my bowels work very good-about twice a day as compared to twice a week. Just a note to tell you how impressed I am with Greens Plus. I bought it at Arizona Health Foods last week and have been raiding about it ever since.
